How does the gift styling service work?

If you are wanting to send your order as a gift:

Step 1: Choose your items

Step 2: Tell us (order@wishemporium.com.au) what colour wrapping you like and for what occasion 

Step 3: Leave your personal message during checkout

Finally:  We will email you with a photo of your gift wrapped item and a photo of the hand written message we have put in your box.

How long will it take for you to send my order out?

International & Domestic orders are sent out according to various situations:

  • Standard Shipping has dispatch turn around time of 2-5 business days. 
  • Express Shipping is dispatched the next business day.

The above is dependent on busy periods, special occasions and pre-order timeframes.

After orders are released to shipping dispatch, standard or express shipping times apply. 

We endeavour to send your order out sooner, whenever possible. 

Why is my international shipping price rather high?

Firstly please check that our prices are displayed in AUD, you may need to convert the amount you see to your currency.

Also, as we are an Australian based business, we ship from Australia and the shipping price is dependent on the weight of the item. Unfortunately, our carousels and snow globes are a heavier weight, with the smallest starting at 800grams.

We also only send orders through international registered post, with signature on delivery and international insurance.

We do apologise, but we send all international orders this way, to guarantee that you receive them safe and sound. 

Does Wish Emporium ship World Wide?

Yes, we do. WE currently ship overseas to New Zealand, United States Of America, Canada, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, Germany and Japan. Details will be announced as soon as more International Shipping options are made available. 

What if I want to purchase multiple gifts for siblings, and send them to the same address?

We can do that, just let us know via email.
